Rosebank Co-op Latest

The Co-Op is still alive and looking good but needs support from those who can muster a little time to help activate the great ideas that many locals have suggested to pull us through financially.

Our fundraiser last month was a great success with a bar-b-q, fun auction and a raffle of wonderful treats kindly donated by Mayfields Restaurant in Dunoon. Amazingly, a Dunoon resident, Maureen Keane, won the prize. Thanks to those who contributed the music; Camilla, Jamie, Jodie and Julian and to our auctioneer, Jonesey, as well as Andrew, Ross, Alex, Liisa and Maureen for their wonderful help.

Over the next few months we are planning many diverse evening meals, games and movie nights in the cosy atmosphere, and a campaign to inform both locals and others about what we have to offer.

If you have any spare local produce or handmade crafts we’d love to hear from you (6688 2440).

Don’t forget the regular Community Garage and Craft Sale on the 4th Saturday of each month - 24th July from 9am - 1pm. If you’d like to play some music on the day that would be great too. Contact Alex on 6688 2276 to arrange a stall. We’re hoping to set up stalls further onto the land - more room to spread out!
